Multiple major construction projects associated with headquarters relocations for 500-person US Navy command. Initial BRAC '93 move to historic Naval Security Station campus. Relocation of entire command to temporary leased space in 2005 to accommodate Department of Homeland Security expansion. Planning underway for 2012 move to permanent headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard.
